🍵 Chun Shui Tang
The name sounds like a teahouse, but it is actually a Taiwanese restaurant. When I first passed by Chun Shui Tang in Causeway Bay, I thought it was a teahouse. Later, when discussing the best milk tea in Hong Kong, I saw someone recommend Chun Shui Tang, so I decided to try it.

🍗 Golden Crispy Chicken
This dish is actually fried chicken, but Chun Shui Tang's batter is not too thick, so it is not so crispy, but also not so hard. I order this dish every time I go there, and it tastes really good.

🍜 Braised Beef Noodles (half tendon and half meat)
The soup base of this noodle is moderately salty and fragrant, not too salty. The beef is big and the tendons are also sufficient. My friend also ordered the Royal Three Treasures Beef Noodles. The soup base is the same as the braised beef noodles, with more Tripe and some ingredients whose names I don't know. The beef noodles are very large, and I feel that three people should be full after eating two bowls.

🥤 Pearl Milk Tea
I tried Pearl Tieguanyin Milk Tea, Pearl Jasmine Milk Tea and Germ Milk Tea, and they were just average, not particularly good.

🍛 Crispy Chicken Wings and Braised Pork Bento
I ordered this dish last time I came here. Although the crispy chicken wings were also crispy, they were not as delicious as the golden crispy chicken. The braised pork was even more average. Is there any braised pork restaurant in Hong Kong that is worse than A Yuan? Please recommend it to me.

💰 Average consumption per person is about HK$150
📍 Address: Shop L1-1, 1/F, Millennium City 5 (apm), 418 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong (there are also branches in Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, Taikoo, Shatin, Tseung Kwan O, Kwai Fong, Ma On Shan, and Tung Chung)
