The Curator, the only Philippine bar on the list, is located in Makati, Manila. The overall atmosphere is also OK. The front shop is coffee, and a quiet little door leads to the hidden bar. In fact, this city is a bit boring as a whole. If you Travel, I believe most people will arrange a Trip within 1-3 days. Even if it is only one day, you can choose this place at night. The wine list of this bar is very interesting - ingredients + bartenders + stories + taste maps, presented in a hand-drawn page. I put them in the last few pictures. They are very beautiful and make people want to choose more glasses.
Picture 6 is the walk through, which is sweet, rich and soft, with good integration. The chili powder on the edge of the cup adds a new taste experience, which is very good. Picture 5 Another glass of Agua de Metl, not recommended. The taste of tomatoes and green peppers is too dominant. I lost. It is not suitable for me. It is recommended to look through the wine list and pick the one that suits you. In addition, the Philippines is really a food desert, which is despairing. It can be said that there is no such thing as local Filipino food. You can only choose Chinese and Spanish food frequently. The only consolation is that seafood is relatively cheap.
