The Yungui Tavern in Shanghai is finally coming to Beijing! His store is really good at creating an atmosphere. It opened in a shopping center... It has no commercial atmosphere at all! This is a niche store that coexists with fashion and fireworks. Although this is a semi open environment, it will not be affected by surrounding noise~a comfortable and relaxing dark style! The relaxing feeling in Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan is really great. These two girls spent $30! At a price of over $15 per person, you can enjoy such a restaurant atmosphere in Beijing! We never expected it!
We didn't order any big fish or meat because we just wanted to eat some stir fried dishes. Anshun's strange rice, you can't eat it anywhere else, hahaha, this bowl of mixed rice is really delicious! It is said that many types of food are mixed together to make hot spring eggs/red beans/scallion crisps/bacon/crispy whistle/pickled radish/pork... Mixing together is really delicious! I plan to try it at home. Shanye corn is made by breaking whole grains of corn into pieces. There's still cream hanging outside, filled with a strong corn flavor! Yunnan copper pot braised chicken and chicken legs are so tender and soft! The mashed potatoes have a sticky texture and are full of meat flavor~The one they make is really authentic. There are many perilla on the tendons of chrysanthemum style Kung Pao chicken legs, which are very refreshing! And Yunnan pepper, with soft and sticky Glutinous rice sesame balls! The most eye-catching thing is that fried chicken leg tendons are really delicious! It is very chewy. This is my first time eating Maitreya (a honey mustard fungus from Yunnan). Caviar has a very unique taste. You can also order cocktails at their house.
