After all the troubles of various transportation, we finally arrived at Spice and Rice Restaurant. Plane-car-boat-car, the bumpy road finally arrived smoothly. Fortunately, I was hungry from the time I was picked up at the airport to the hotel. I asked if there were any restaurants open, and they told me that they were closed at ten o'clock. I quickly put down my luggage and went straight to the restaurant. Southeast Asia's usual fully open restaurant, built on the hillside, can hear the sound of the Andaman Sea's waves. At night, you can't see far away, so you must be able to see the sea. The next day, breakfast was also in this restaurant. The scenery that I didn't see last night was presented in front of me at that moment, which was quite exciting.
[Red Curry Chicken] I don't know if it was because I was too hungry last night, when I ate that bite of curry, I felt that the layers were more distinct than those in Bangkok. It was visible to the naked eye that there were several more spices, which was particularly delicious
[Green Pepper Fried Chicken Nuggets] If you don't like coconut milk, you can choose this one. The sauce made of garlic, green pepper and black pepper is delicious. The lemon and red pepper have a typical hot and sour taste in Southeast Asia, which is super appetizing. In hot and humid weather, you really need such food to stimulate your taste buds.
Although the prices in the hotel restaurant are obviously more than twice as high, it is convenient to dine in, the taste is more refined, and it eliminates many concerns about hygiene in Southeast Asian restaurants. The green coconuts you order are cut with the lids open and come with a spoon for easy scooping out the coconut meat. All these details make people willing to come here to pay for the scenery, not to mention the deliciousness.
