The crispy and fragrant dried codfish dipped in mayonnaise is a very good appetizer. The sashimi is served with sweet thick-cut salmon, oily thick-cut tuna, scallops and sweet shrimps, all of which I love.
Fukuoka Kushiro has 6 signature skewers, and I didn't expect that Harbour City also has real charcoal grilled skewers! ! They are all grilled with great skill, and the heat and taste are just right. The moon-viewing chicken sticks brushed with yakitori sauce are sweet, chewy and delicate. They must be coated with egg liquid for a super rich taste.
