Old Hill Street Police Station [Photo only]
Attraction introduction:

This historic building on Hill Street is now the office of Singapore's Ministry of Communications and Information (MICA). The exterior of the building is decorated with beautiful rainbow windows, making it instantly recognizable from many buildings. The building has a total of 927 iridescent windows. The color intensity of the windows on the first four floors is the same and very vibrant, while the color gradually deepens on the fifth and sixth floors to highlight the cantilevered terraces. These are all eye-catching features of this historic building with a strong neoclassical feel. Marxist style, it has become a very eye-catching building in the colonial area, which makes tourists who visit this place marvel.

Its dynamic exterior and renovated interior make it an ideal venue for large-scale exhibitions and performances. The Artrium, which was once a police parade square, has been transformed into a fully equipped, air-conditioned exhibition hall and has successfully hosted many exhibitions and performances.

You can take beautiful pictures with various lights and viewing angles here during the day, but we recommend coming here in the evening and at night, as the viewing angles and shooting effects will be completely different.

Photography Tips: Try to come here to take pictures of night scenes, include buildings and vehicles on the road into the lens, and see what amazing effects it will produce. Prepare a tripod for your phone and an app that can adjust the shutter speed of your phone: set the shutter to 10 to 30 seconds, and the vehicles and people in the frame will appear in a dazzling light.

Chinatown (Chinatown, Singapore)
Attraction introduction:

This is Chinatown, where early Chinese immigrants settled. After Singapore opened its port trade, most Chinese immigrants settled here. Since it was not easy to obtain water in the early days, people would pull ox carts to transport water from the ancient well, hence the name "China Car Water". Today it is Singapore's largest cultural heritage reserve, home to many fashionable entertainment venues, cultural treasures and architectural treasures. There are historic temples, time-honored Chinese medicine shops, and trendy bars. It covers five districts: Chinatown, Ann Siang/Club Street, Telok Ayer, Tanjong Pagar and Bukit Pasoh. There are many well-known century-old shops, specialty vendors and cooked food centers in Singapore. In addition, it is a place where multiculturalism coexists, with Indian temples, mosques and churches.

Chinatown District is the center of Chinatown, with Chinatown Heritage Museum, Chinatown Market, Chinatown Building, etc. The streets include Pagoda Street, Fujian Street, etc.
