Sapporo International Ski Resort is very conveniently located, and there are buses that go directly to the ski resort in the city. You can take the tram to Sapporo Station or Makomanai Station, and then transfer to the bus. The ski resort also offers a package of round-Trip bus and cable car one-day ticket, priced at 5,800 yen. It is more convenient to rent a car, which takes about an hour to drive.

💰 Ski resort fees:
Skiing experts⛷️: It is recommended to buy a one-day cable car ticket, which costs 4,800 yen.
Beginners🏂: It is strongly recommended to buy a one-way cable car ticket, which costs 1,520 yen.
⚠In fact, the ski resort itself in Japan is free, and these fees are mainly cable car fees. Beginners can practice for free at the foot of the mountain, so they can buy the right ticket according to their own situation. The snow trail is very long, and you may only be able to ski two or three times a day, so you can buy a one-way single ticket.

💰 Equipment rental fee:
Since the ski resort itself is free, if you don’t have your own equipment, renting equipment will be a large expense. The rental fee for a complete set of snow equipment (including snow goggles) is 5,500 yen, clothes are 4,500 yen, and gloves can be purchased at the ski resort for 900 yen.
It is recommended that you go to the ski equipment store in the city or consider the second-hand market. The snow equipment in the second-hand market is not only affordable, but also of good quality.

🔎Detailed guide:
Facing the building on the right side of the ski resort, the first floor is where you can rent equipment, change rooms, and find coaches. After entering, don't queue up directly. Fill out the form on the wall first, and then queue up. You can also make an online reservation for rental through the official website.

There are some shops selling snow equipment on the second floor, as well as restaurants and convenience stores. The building on the left is where you can buy ropeway tickets. After practicing, buy the corresponding tickets as needed.

🥚Easter egg: For friends who want to learn double boards, Sapporo International Ski Resort now offers Chinese experience coaching classes, 90 minutes for 3,000 yen, which is very cost-effective.
