Boracay's hottest beach nightclub under the starry sky: OM Bar

Once the night falls, you will find that the lights of bars are turned on one by one along the beach street, and the music is heard one after another. After a full circle, we decided to walk into the unique OM Bar in the end, ready to party all the way until the early morning!



Impressive at first sight, what’s so special about OM Bar?



OM Bar is located in the S2 beach area. It is a semi-open-air bar. The most impressive thing at first sight is its exaggerated decoration, lighting design, and outdoor female DJ at the entrance. You can feel the super exciting music atmosphere at the door without entering the store. Looking through the door, you can see that it is full of people. What's more special is that every seat is a colorful lazy bone! The super eye-catching first impression has already attracted the attention of most tourists!



We were located in the outdoor area. We originally thought that this was a beach bar that was mainly outdoor, so there shouldn't be much indoor space. But we didn't expect that the indoor area was a new world! After about 9 o'clock, we saw friends who were drinking in all directions jumping down to the dance floor one after another. Unlike the DJ in the outdoor area, the indoor environment is really like a small nightclub, with a DJ table, LED screen, a bar counter with freshly prepared music, a standing area and a small private room area, and a dance floor in the middle. This bar is almost full of foreign faces, so you can imagine how exciting it would be to see a group of passionate foreigners dancing on the dance floor!



A good place is one that has fun, drinks and food. I think the reason why OM Bar is so popular is not only because of the great atmosphere, but also because of their snacks, fried foods and drinks. We ordered potato chips and fried fish. In addition to being very crispy, the accompanying dipping sauce was excellent, with a strong cheese flavor but not salty. Later, we couldn't help but add some French fries, original fried chicken wings and spicy fried chicken wings, all of which were above average! In particular, these foods are very suitable for pairing with beer. At least every table had a beer.



Of course, in addition to the fun atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, and great music for dancing, there is also a little surprise that adds points: you can order "hookah" at OM Bar. Everyone knows that although there are not many restaurants and bars that offer hookah in Taipei, it is even more rare to be able to experience the hookah culture on the small island of Boracay!



I remember that we ordered peach flavor. The store also has other flavors to choose from. Since I have tried it before in Taipei, I couldn't help but compare the differences. The OM Bar's water smoke feels cool when you smoke it, but the fruity aroma is lighter. You have to smoke more times to make the taste stronger in your mouth.



The night gets more exciting. At 1am, the dance floor was packed with people. It was interesting that people of all nationalities were dancing to the music, and sometimes they even danced in the middle of the dance floor, which made the atmosphere at the scene reach its peak!
