The minimum consumption for the private room is NT$1,000, and cigars are provided.

Bar Saito has a simple decoration, and the cups and utensils used are mostly transparent glass, and the atmosphere is relatively calm. The store manager is a Japanese, friendly and quiet. There is a wine list and unique customized cocktails. In addition to cocktails, there are also martinis, single glasses of whiskey and meals.
