I finally tried Fengcheng Liji shark fin from Mingdu Ailai. It was really delicious and worthy of being a time-honored restaurant for decades. That mouthful of milky-white abalone fin soup was so fresh that my eyebrows fell off, a big piece of shark fin! A whole abalone! Super upright.
