Travel from Switzerland to Phuket, Thailand, visiting Patong Beach and Karon Beach

Yes, I flew from Switzerland 🇨🇭 to Phuket! I tried my best to go to Bangkok to see Coldplay. This is my third time here. I have stayed at Patong Beach and Karon Beach. I have a lot to say about Phuket. Because of the well-known bad events before, I had a little psychological shadow before coming to Thailand. But this time, the overall feeling is still very safe. There are fewer Chinese Tourists, but there are still a lot of tourists overall, and there are really a lot of French people.

Hotels:

1. The Kee Resort Hotel Four Stars (Patong Beach) Pictures 7-8, in the center of Patong, you can stay here if you like lively, and there are many choices of food. Super cost-effective (I booked early for more than 600 per night), the room is large and has a jacuzzi. It is a 3-minute walk from the beach and the location is very convenient. You can watch the sunset on the sea from the rooftop bar, which is beautiful.

2. Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket Five Stars 🌟 (Karon Beach) Picture 9, this hotel meets the needs of those who like slow-paced, lying-flat vacations. The hotel's swimming pool is very playable, and it is also fun to soak in the hotel without going out. The advantage is that there are not many people. I personally like this hotel very much. The room is very large and the service is also very good. The hotel is a resort-style, and it is also very comfortable to stay in the hotel for a day.

🔹Food:
I only recommend this restaurant! 📍Siam phuket seafood Lobster point. I came to this restaurant twice, and I didn't step on thunder no matter what I ordered! Super cost-effective! It's also delicious. The big lobster is really delicious and not expensive.

🔹Other tips:
✔️During the peak Travel period, it is not recommended to go to Similan Island with a group. It takes 14 hours to travel, and 10 hours to take a car and a boat. There are too many people to enjoy it.
✔️If you sign up for a day of snorkeling on the island, you must choose a large boat that can move, not a speedy boat.
✔️You can choose to buy swimwear and island clothes on the island. There are many choices on the roadside and it is not very expensive. You can go if you don't have too high requirements for quality.
✔️For those who can travel to Europe, it is not recommended to come to Phuket. You can go to Sardinia in Italy and Mallorca in Spain, where there are relatively fewer tourists.
