The Phaya Nakhon Cave is located on a small island in the Sam Roi Yot National Park. The cave is spacious and beautiful, and there is a natural vent on the top of the cave, which forms a natural light source. When the sun shines into the palace from the top of the cave, the magnificent scenery is breathtaking. In addition, there is a four-cornered palace built in the era of King Rama V of Thailand. Because of its unique style and charm, this palace has now become a representative symbol of Prachuap Khiri Khan.
To go to the Phaya Nakhon Cave, you need to go to Bangpu Village first, which is a 40-minute drive from Hua Hin. Then you can charter a boat in the village, which takes about 15 minutes and costs 150 baht round Trip. The ticket is included in the Sam Roi Yot National Park (200 baht). It is open from 8:30 to 17:00 every day, and the recommended playing time is about 3 hours.
