Krabi Pimalai Resort, Seven Seas Cliff Restaurant, Variety of marine entertainment activities

I experienced four hotels in this Trip to Thailand. It was not until the last day that I checked in at the Pimalai Resort Hotel in Krabi that I felt that I was really on vacation! Located on Lanta Island, it is really far from Ao Nang, the main island of Krabi! I originally regretted not looking at the map and booking such a long distance, but I realized that it was really worth it to regret not staying a few more days.

Pimalai Resort Hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off service, but does not provide free pick-up and drop-off in Ao Nang (an additional 2,000 baht), so we took a taxi from Ao Nang to the airport first. First take the hotel car from the airport to the pier for 1 hour → take the ferry across the sea for 5 minutes → continue to take the car for 1 hour. The whole Journey takes about two hours, and it is quite close to Rock Island. It is recommended to do island hopping on this day.

Resort hotels have welcome drinks (seemingly ginger lemon special) and garlands. The hotel has its own app, restaurant reservations, and various activities can be booked on it. We wanted to book the mangrove sunrise project too late and it was fully booked. The hotel also has Muay Thai yoga Thai cooking class, etc.

The hotel has three restaurants and many cafes & bars. The most famous is the Seven Seas Cliff Sunset Restaurant, where I took the sunset photo of my life. I ordered snacks and beach dinner at the beach bar, which were a little expensive, and a 10% service charge was charged. I greeted my birthday in advance and got a small cake. The lively Thai guy sang "Sweet Honey" for me. The service was great and the dishes tasted good. There were fewer types of breakfast, but the rice noodles were really delicious! There were also many choices of freshly squeezed juices, and I liked ginger & carrot.

If you like sea sports, don't miss the beach activities at Pimalai, which include paddleboards, kayaks, sailboats, etc. I played three times under the sun, hahaha, and the key is that they are all free! It's really comfortable to chill on the beach when you're tired. The hotel also has two swimming pools. I recommend the infinity pool on the mountain, which is easy to take beautiful photos.
