Hiking guide to Gede Pangrango National Park in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, challenge yourself

I decided to climb this mountain very suddenly and "out of the blue". I made a simple guide and looked at the climb, distance, and weather conditions and decided to go for it. I found a group on Instagram. I was worried about the tight schedule, so I also found a guide. The total cost was 1,000 yuan, which was actually enough for three people. I set off from downtown Jakarta on Friday night and arrived at the destination in three hours. I slept in the hotel at the foot of the mountain. I got up at around 6 o'clock in the morning, had breakfast, and started from the foot of the mountain at 7:30!

You still have to be respectful. Although it is a mature route, the weather in Jakarta has changed a lot recently. The climb and descent on that day were both 1,600m, and they were all continuous climbs. The road conditions were not very good, with stone roads, dirt roads, and mountain forest roads. It rained heavily when I was going down the mountain, and I was quite frustrated. I rushed in my jacket. The climb turned into a river tracing, but this rainy Journey was really quite pleasant. But thanks to my friends who provided emotional value along the way, it was so cool to be pulled by young people~

Tips:
1. Be careful when hiking, and bring good food and drinks
2. Prepare a change of clothes, a jacket, and a coat
3. Bogor is heavily congested, so be mentally prepared
