Bar Leone in Hong Kong, the best bar in Asia, taste IL CACCIATORE and Yuzu Americano

It was such a happy week to Travel to Hong Kong and eat and drink with friends. Among them, Bar Leone, which is delicious and tasty, is really worth talking about separately. It deserves to win the first place in Asia 50!

🍸About wine:
-IL CACCIATORE: My favorite. Tomato + basil, it smells very much like my favorite carriere candles. It is fresh and smooth but rich in layers. It is not a simple sweet water, with a bit of arrogance that does not please anyone (I imagined)
-Yuzu Americano: light version of Negroni, my second favorite on the wine list.
-Filthy Martini: Super special! It's like drinking a Martini with a dish, with a strong smoky bacon flavor, very interesting.
-Olive oil sour: I feel like coconut milk when I drink it? On the contrary, I don't feel the presence of olives. Whiskey-based wine, rich and flavorful.
-West side smash: It is also refreshing and delicious, a little sweeter than il cacciatore. I prefer to drink it from the salty side. Why not order a drink and do charity?
-Golden boy: Sweet and sour taste, citrus is relatively strong, a good choice that can't go wrong.

🥪About eating:
Italian cuisine focuses on a staple food with a staple food. Mortadella Focaccia is the most recommended, crispy bread + super large cold cuts + pickled cucumbers and peppers, one bite will make you dizzy, it's so delicious! I love Octodog myself, the soft bread with the sauce is very satisfying.
