Last night, I celebrated my brother's birthday at Ichikawa Odion restaurant with my family. During the meal, everyone was talking and laughing, and the atmosphere was harmonious. When the delicious food and taste buds collided happily, a feeling of joy and wanting to dance arose spontaneously. What a wonderful night!

This hidden local cuisine standing in Ichikawa Shinma is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The green Japanese garden, waterfalls and koi swimming in the pond are one of the best places for tired urban people to find tranquility and heal anxiety. This was originally a villa of a wealthy man in Tokyo's downtown. The tall black pine in the garden witnessed its 88-year history. As high-end apartments continued to rise in the surrounding area, the old house changed to a new owner 18 years ago, and since then it has a new name: ICHIKAWA OIDON. The shabu-shabu made from "Rokukoku black pork", which is also rare in Kagoshima, is the best of this restaurant and was selected as the best in Japan.

The fat and lean black pork slices dance in the boiling water for a while, and then dipped in the special sauce and put into the mouth. The deliciousness of the meat and the fusion of the sauce awaken the taste buds and activate the happiness cells in the whole body. This sauce is really extraordinary. It looks like a bowl of clear water on the surface, but it has the power to refresh and dissolve greasiness, and help the taste buds bloom. According to the store, this special sauce is made by the chef of one of the three major restaurants in Japan. However, the real soul is not only this, but the last plate of steamed noodles. First, sink a plate of bean sprouts into the shabu-shabu soup base, wait for the water to boil, put it in, cook it slightly, pick up the noodles and put them in the sauce, sprinkle with black pepper, and the moment the noodles are put into the mouth, the whole joyful atmosphere reaches a climax. This is a hidden Michelin!
