I saw that there are mainly four restaurants for sunset at Chao Phraya River in Bangkok posted by everyone online: Sala Rattanakosin, Supanniga Eating Room, Chom Arun, and Horsamut. How to make a reservation has become a problem. I heard that all four restaurants need to make reservations more than half a month in advance to get a seat. On the day I went there, I saw many compatriots who did not make a reservation, and there was no seat, which was a pity.

✅ I tried many ways, such as sending emails, Google Maps, and making reservations on the website, but they were all very difficult to use, and there was no manual service. I didn’t dare to call because of my poor spoken English! Finally, I made a reservation on Horsamut through Facebook 15 days in advance!

✅ There are two rounds of restaurant reservations:
1st round starts at 17:30pm-19:30pm.
2nd round starts at 20:00pm-22:00pm.
If you want to watch the sunset, you must choose the first round and add outdoor.

✅ First of all, you need to be able to access FB and INS. The restaurant response on INS is very slow. FB replies in seconds, search for the restaurant name Horsamut. Then send a message to the restaurant.

✅Instructions in English include the date, time, number of people, email address, phone number (domestic number is OK), and indicate that an outdoor location is required.

✅The restaurant will reply whether it is available. The reservation cannot be overdue by 15 minutes on the day of the reservation. After arriving at the restaurant, you can take a screenshot of the reservation and show it to the front desk.

✅The cost for two people is $70. I didn't hear about the minimum consumption. It is possible to order drinks. It depends on your budget. Most of the people in the restaurant are locals.
