Afternoon tea experience review at Conrad Hangzhou 36th floor lounge, enjoy the city view

I recently stayed at the Conrad Hotel in Hangzhou for three days and checked in for the afternoon tea and buffet in the lounge twice. The lounge is on the 36th floor and has an unbeatable view. Whether it is day or night, the visual experience is very good.

▪️When I arrived in the afternoon of the first day, the afternoon tea was almost over. A young lady wearing glasses still enthusiastically helped me get a small cake, which was quite delicious. Suddenly I remembered that the cake of Blue Money was also quite delicious.

▪️I checked in for the buffet in the lounge in the evening. There were really few types of buffets, and the taste was average, but there were quite a lot of people eating. These meals were supplemented several times in the evening.

▪️The lounge has set meals from Monday to Thursday, and buffet meals at other times. I checked in for the set meal in the lounge on the third day.

▪️When I first entered the lounge, I found that there were no staff at the door and the lobby. Everyone was busy in the kitchen, but there were only two tables dining in the lounge at that time. I ate in the lounge for almost two hours and found that the staff had been in the kitchen. There was no one serving in the lobby... During this period, I went to the kitchen area twice to find staff.

▪️The food was served very slowly. My meal was served together with a table of guests who arrived about 20 minutes later than me... The cocktails we ordered were also served half an hour later.

▪️The set menu that night was pasta and smoked salmon set menu. The pasta tasted very ordinary, but the abalone chicken clear soup was good and delicious.
