Ascott and Oakwood belong to the SAR Group. From my personal experience (pure consumer), Oakwood is younger, and Ascott is more business-oriented. The picture shows a one-room apartment, 48 square meters, priced at $120 including breakfast.
Maybe all the guests staying here are business guests, and the whole floor looks quiet and elegant. The kitchen has a complete range of small appliances and kitchenware. You can cook by buying some vegetables and seasonings, and there are even food processors. The breakfast is the same as Oakwood, which is also average. But the staff will take the initiative to ask what kind of coffee you want to drink, which is good news for lazy people. The disadvantage is that the hair dryer is very weak! The wind force is almost zero, and it will break after a while. You can see the night view of Jakarta CBD at night.
