The first Andaz brand hotel in Thailand, and also the most beautiful Andaz site in the world, has three traditional Thai teak houses preserved, which have been transformed into tea rooms, 4-bedroom villas and 6-bedroom suites, which is one of the hotel's features.

Andaz Pattaya has 204 rooms and villas, starting from 50sQm, which are spacious and comfortable. In addition to the main building guest rooms, the other two heritage villas have been transformed into a duplex four-bedroom manor and a six-bedroom presidential suite. All materials are naturally sourced from local resources and handcrafted, making these cottages embellishments and works of art for the entire resort.

There is a lobby and lounge in the courtyard, as well as three other restaurants.
