Tokyo is really fun, fun to visit and delicious! I haven't gotten tired of it even after going there N times! I have summarized the routes that are fun to visit and delicious to eat without going back and forth. You can directly follow this guide to Travel around Tokyo, Japan.
Day1:
Sensoji Temple/Skytree➡️National Museum➡️Ueno Park➡️Akihabara
On the first day, check in at the attractions to experience the cultural charm of Tokyo
Draw lots for blessings at Sensōji Temple and there are many delicious snacks to check in
You can refer to the detailed guide I wrote before for the routes and food of Sensōji Temple
Finally, go to Akihabara to experience the two-dimensional anime culture
Day2:
H Residence➡️Ginza/Tsukiji Market➡️Tokyo Tower/Shiba Park➡️Roppongi
After visiting H Residence in the morning, you can have lunch in Ginza or Tsukiji Market
In the afternoon, go to Ginza and buy all kinds of da brands!
Day 3:
Yoyogi➡️Shinjuku Gyoen➡️Shinjuku➡️Ikebukuro
Yoyogi is really a place that can be described as relaxing and comfortable
Eat a pancake from Path and drink a cup of Fuglen coffee slowly
Start a beautiful day here in the morning
Shinjuku Gyoen, the location of the Garden of Words, is beautiful in any shot
See cherry blossoms in spring Enjoy the maple leaves in autumn
Go to Shinjuku at night to experience the brightly lit Tokyo city that never sleeps
Day4:
Harajuku➡️Omotesando/Minami-Aoyama➡️Nezu Museum
This route can basically meet all shopping needs
No matter whether it is Japanese fashion or big brands, it has everything!!!
There are various small shops hidden in the alleys on both sides
The end of Omotesando is the Nezu Museum
The Japanese garden architecture collection is integrated with the Aoyama garden
The cafe in the garden is worth checking in
The three glass exterior walls can enjoy the scenery of the garden in all seasons
These places are really worth spending more time to stroll slowly
I will write a detailed shopping guide later~
Day5:
Ebisu➡️Nakameguro➡️Daikanyama➡️Shibuya Sky
I would like to call this route the chillest city walk route
Especially during the cherry blossom season, Nakameguro is definitely a must-go place!
Various small shops with a sense of design, coffee shops, and boutiques
Compared to other shopping districts, there are fewer people, so it is comfortable and cozy to shop~
Finally, go to Shibuya Sky to see the beautiful sunset
🏠Accommodation:
It is recommended to stay near Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Shibuya, and Asakusa
Convenient travel, close to everything
⚠️Tips:
1. If you have enough time, you can also arrange to visit the surrounding Odaiba and Disneyland
2. The itinerary for Day 4/5 is basically shopping
If you don’t like shopping, you can delete it appropriately
3. If you come during the cherry blossom season and maple leaf season
You have to re-plan the itinerary
You can add Chidorigafuchi, Kanda River, etc. to see the cherry blossoms and maple leaves
4. The route map is at the end
