Blue Bird restaurant in Shibuya, Tokyo, recommended pasta and cocktails, great service

Shibuya's high-altitude Blue Bird restaurant only costs $30 per person. Shibuya's beautiful food has always been famous. This time I chose a restaurant with a lot of wind to celebrate my birthday. A black wagyu beef meal for two was only 12,960 yen. Every dish was delicious, especially the pasta, which felt like it was made by myself. The cocktails were also good. Of course, the Japanese service was even better. They prepared fill lights in advance for us to take pictures. It may be because it is an Internet celebrity restaurant.
