Sirena, Shangri-La Cliff Restaurant, Boracay, starter- smoked salmon and grilled pork ribs are very delicious

Sirena, the cliff restaurant at Shangri-La Boracay, is the most expensive meal in Boracay, but the view is first-rate. Especially when the weather is good, you can eat dinner while watching the sunset. The whole meal costs 68,000 pesos. My favorite is the starter - smoked salmon. Although it is a bit salty, the smoked salmon, special sauce and tempura crumbs form a multi-layered taste. I really like this dish. My family also ordered many different dishes, including seafood tower, grilled pork ribs, and satay grilled chicken skewers. They are all very good. As for the grilled chicken legs, I personally think that inasal is enough, and there is no need to waste money.
