🚩 Let me first say the conclusion: it must be Shibuya Sky!
🌃Shibuya Sky, pictures 1-7
🎫webket.jp, price 2200yen/person, tickets can be purchased one month in advance. Tickets are released at 00:00 every day in Japan time (23:00 Beijing time), it is really not difficult to buy them if you wait a while!
🕑 In the current season, it is recommended to buy tickets at 4 or 5 pm. The final admission time is 20:00
☁️Try to go on a sunny and windless day. The terrace is not open when it is windy. I won’t go into details about whether it is good to take pictures. Please see the pictures. There are both indoor and outdoor areas, a 360-degree bird's-eye view of Tokyo, and the Shibuya crossing with the largest flow of people.
🛍️The attraction is located in Shibuya Scramble Square. The whole mall is very easy to visit! There are also many restaurants, and the first floor is a paradise for dessert lovers!

🌃Azabudai Hills, pictures 8-12
A new high-rise building in Tokyo, taking a high-end route, with some luxury brands
👍🏼Advantages: Free, very close to Tokyo Tower
☹️Disadvantages: The indoor glass has serious reflections, which is only suitable for daytime shooting. Shooting night scenes has serious reflections! Even with a camera hood, you can't shoot for a long time, and the security guard will persuade you to leave. To prevent someone from occupying the camera for a long time). The place is not very big, and it is difficult to take empty shots when there are many people. And many businesses in Azabudai Hills are not open yet. At present, there are only a few coffee shops and simple meals. I believe it will be more fun to visit after they are all open.

🚩Summary: If you want to take pictures of Tokyo Tower and city views during the day, and don't want to spend money on booking tickets, come to Azabudai Hills. If you want to take pictures of the city from day to dusk to night, and go shopping and eating, come to Shibuya Sky.
