Travel to Japan, 🛺visit Okinawa Kokusai-dori Shinbara Beach and Cape Chinen Beach Park

We planned two attractions on the first day in Okinawa. They are not far away and there is not much walking. They are suitable for lazy people. It doesn’t matter if you get up late. The locations are marked.

🏖️Shinohara Beach, pictures 1-5
We live near Kokusai Street and drive for more than an hour. The station is called Shinhara Beach. After getting off the bus, it is very close to the beach. There are shops and cold drink shops that rent water equipment on the roadside. The water is relatively clean and there will be some aquatic plants. You can see the Okinawa sign 1000 meters west along the coastline.

🌲 Cape Chinen Park, pictures 6-11
It takes half an hour to take the same bus line from Shinhara Beach. Get off at Nishima Utake Station and walk for five minutes. It is behind a gymnasium. There are few people and it is easy to take pictures. There are cute trees and heart-shaped grass. There are two dining cars. You can fill your stomach when you are tired.

Ps: If you take the bus, Google Maps has accurate bus times. You can change 1000 yen. Remember to take the number plate when you get on the bus and check the price when you get off. If you don't understand, give the number plate and change to the driver, and the driver will patiently help you. You don't have to wait at the door for the bus here. You can ring the bell in advance and wait for the bus to stop before leaving. Don't rush to find change. We once saw the driver at the station giving change to a foreigner 10 minutes before getting off, so don't rush. The most important thing is that everyone must apply sunscreen and stay hydrated to avoid heat stroke.
