60p luxery Apartment Saigon B&B, boss speaks good English and communication is smooth

Commemorate and recommend the 60p luxery Apartment, a B&B hotel in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh) in August 2024. It is located in District 1 and has convenient transportation. Except for being far from the Pink Church, you can walk everywhere. As long as you are not afraid of endless motorcycles. There is a very famous baguette shop downstairs (see picture 6) where you don't have to worry about having no food at night. But you need to compete with other Tourists and deliverymen for orders. When I went there, there was an old lady begging at the door of the store. You can ignore her. There is a Circle K 5 minutes walk away, opposite the university.

The owner of this B&B is very friendly and attentive. She speaks relatively fluent English and Vietnamese. I personally test that she doesn't speak Chinese. But there are various guide tips and they are marked. It will close at 10 pm, but you will be given a magnetic card. So don't worry about playing too late at night. The whole building has 4 floors, with 2 rooms on each floor. The store has installed an elevator, so you don't have to climb the stairs.

Room environment: There are induction cookers and sinks for cooking. There is a table and a refrigerator. There are drinking water and cola in the refrigerator, but they all need to be paid. The bathroom can be separated into dry and wet areas, which is good. But the room cannot be cleaned in every corner. My flight from Ho Chi Minh City was at midnight, and I needed to check out at noon, but I could leave my luggage with the proprietress. After walking around in the afternoon, the proprietress also let me take a free shower, so it is highly recommended.
