Akara Hotel Pattaya, 3-minute walk from Terminal 21, free upgrade to honeymoon suite

Akara Hotel Pattaya is about a three-minute walk from Terminal 21. There is a 7-11 downstairs and some food stalls nearby, which is quite convenient. There are both Chinese and Western breakfasts, with a wide variety. After two days of eating, the hot dishes have changed a little. There is an open stall for cooking noodles, muesli is delicious, and there are not many cheese choices. It can be regarded as a five-star breakfast.

Newly opened in 2024, the hardware is very new. But one of the washbasins we booked had a problem with the water, and it should be quite easy to appear, because when I called the front desk, she immediately asked me if the water could not flow down, it seems that this is not the first time this problem has occurred. The room I booked has a bathtub. The twin beds are not big, it seems to be only 1.1m, and the large bed is 2m*2m. There are shampoo and shower gel lotion, but no comb. There is a control panel in the room, and you can choose Chinese. The air conditioner is not cold enough for me, and the fixed minimum can only reach 22 degrees. The sound is a bit loud when it is turned on to the maximum. The swimming pool is on the 24th floor, not too big, enough for soaking, and facing the sunset, very beautiful.

Service attitude: Check-in is on the seventh floor. Welcome drinks are provided. The front desk speaks fluent English. A deposit of 1,000 baht is required for a room, which is refunded upon check-out.

Value for money: 620/night (including breakfast). I originally booked a Luna room, but it was upgraded to a honeymoon suite for free, so the value for money is full. However, if I stay again, I will just book the most common room type. There are quite a lot of Chinese people.
