Hanoi, Vietnam will set off fireworks from 0:00 to 0:15 on January 1, 2025 to celebrate the arrival of the New Year. The fireworks show will cover the following 5 main locations (6 firing areas):

Hoan Kiem County
Ha Dong County
Nam Tu Liem County
Thanh Sai County
Dong Anh County

? Restart of fireworks show
Since 2021, Hanoi has not held New Year fireworks shows for three consecutive years. The 2025 event will be the first New Year's Eve celebration to re-ignite the night sky after the epidemic. In addition, Hanoi also plans to hold fireworks shows at 30 locations across the city on the Lunar New Year (New Year's Day), including 9 high-altitude firing points and 21 low-altitude firing points. The event time is scheduled from 0:00 to 0:15 on January 29.

To welcome the New Year of 2025, Hanoi will also hold a grand countdown music festival on the evening of December 31, at the following locations:
