Yes! During my 5-day Trip to Bali, I visited 4 spas. The prices here are cheaper than in many Asian countries, and even half the price of Japan and mainland China. The services are not discounted and are even better. For a trip to Bali, Indonesia, you should experience Asian massage services every day.
1. Bali Botanica Day Spa Ubud
2.5-hour Ayuvedic Spa, the long-awaited traditional spa in Ubud, Ayurveda. First, a full-body oil massage, then hot oil drips on the head. This is really comfortable. I made an appointment at 6 o'clock, so I didn't feel hot even if there were no windows and air conditioning in the room. After the massage, I used shampoo and then hot water to wash my hair, which can wash the oil off faster.
2. Bodyworks Spa Semiyahn
2-hour Exfoliation Massage, first a full-body oil massage, the technician asked me to take a deep breath three times and touch my bone position to press. I knew this spa was something! After the massage, I used salt scrub and then applied yogurt all over my body. After the technician rinsed the yogurt, it was a flower bath, and then a cup of hot ginger tea, which made the whole body feel comfortable. The Moroccan style decoration of this place is very suitable for taking pictures. It is recommended to arrive an hour in advance to take pictures.
3. Ubud Traditional Spa
The 1-hour Rice Farmer is the strongest among all the ones. Friends who are as strong as me will go for this one! My teammates chose Ubud Royal, where two technicians pressed at the same time, and I felt that I didn’t know where to feel.
4. U Spa
I found this one randomly when I was in Uluwatu. Its advantage is that it is cheap! 60 minutes of oil massage for two people is only $25. In addition to massage, it also has manicure and facial. It can be scheduled on the same day, which is very convenient.
