This French restaurant in Ubud is said to be in the top 50 in Asia. I made a reservation on Google one day in advance. There are two restaurants, one is the Tripple room, which is for snacks and red wine, and the other is the dinning room, which is a French dinner. I guess because January 28 is New Year, the dinning room is fully booked, so I booked the tripple room directly to see if we can arrange a dinner at that time.
Meal: We arrived at the restaurant on time, and after communicating with the waiter, we were arranged in the dinning room! We ate the welcome food while waiting for a seat. There are two choices for the dinner, 6 courses and 8 courses, and we both chose 6 courses. In addition, cocktails were added! Since we are ignorant and don’t know French cocktails, one cocktail is served for each dish, that is, each person has six cocktails to match the six dishes! Hahahaha, I was so drunk! My scalp was red hahahaha
The waiter will introduce the ingredients and methods of each dish, and will tell you the order in which to eat the dish. For one of the dishes, the chef will personally introduce it. After leaving your seat, someone will push the seat back for you when you come back. 2 hours of time, let you immerse yourself in perfect fresh ingredients and thoughtful service, every dish is delicious! The first three dishes are served in the indoor restaurant, and the last three dishes are served in the garden restaurant, which is the ultimate enjoyment.
