In February this year, I finally set foot on the land of Cebu, Philippines, and chose Bai Hotel on the first night. To be honest, as soon as I entered the hotel, my luggage had to go through the security check, which instantly made me feel a lot more at ease. After all, the Philippines is a relatively unsafe place in our impression, so we were particularly careful when choosing a hotel this time.
Although the hotel is not in the city center, there are shopping malls and various restaurants opposite. On the first night, we went to the Internet celebrity restaurant opposite to feast on it. I have to say that the food in the Philippines is really dry! It’s not that it’s not delicious, it’s just too dry, and the pig’s knuckles are fried as hard as rocks.
However, the hotel’s cost-effectiveness is really outrageous. I booked a room for more than 400 per night. Although I can see a little sea view, there is a new hotel under construction opposite, and I guess I may not be able to see the sea view in the future. But none of this matters. What matters is the various supporting facilities of the hotel.
There is a small swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. Although it is not big, the scenery is superb. We drank cocktails by the pool and felt very leisurely when swimming. The scenery during the day and at night is completely different, which is very interesting. There are so many Koreans in the hotel that it feels like entering a Korean resort.
We stayed in the hotel for three days, and had a buffet in the hotel for the next two days. The price was about 100 yuan per person, with a rich variety of dishes, including many Chinese dishes, and the taste was also very good. Especially the buffet dinner, which was full every day! When I went out on the first day, the children on the roadside kept pestering me for food, so later we almost solved the problem of eating and drinking in the hotel.
There is also an Internet celebrity bar on the top floor of the hotel, called Top Bar. Many people drink and chat here every night, and the atmosphere is particularly good. The hotel also has a spa and a cafe, so during the days in Cebu, we almost didn't leave the hotel and could solve all our needs.
In general, this Trip to Cebu is really worth the money, especially Bai Hotel, which is extremely cost-effective! If you also plan to go to Cebu, Philippines, Bai Hotel is highly recommended!
