Rent a motorcycle at Cebu Pier and you can Travel around the city.
First stop: Temple of Leah. It takes about an hour to get there from the pier. It is an exquisite and modern Roman-style temple. It was built in 2012. It houses many items. I don't know if they are antiques. The blue and white porcelain looks a bit like Yiwu products. Many places are under construction. Only one floor can be seen. Tickets are 150p and parking is 50p. You will get a stamp on your hand when you enter. The building is very luxurious. When the weather is good, it is really photogenic. If you have time, you can stay until night to experience the night view of Cebu. The transportation on the mountain is very inconvenient.
Second stop: Tops. This is the only place I personally think the entrance fee is not worth it and there is no need to go. It is very close to the temple. It takes about ten minutes to ride. It is similar. The entrance fee is 100p and the parking fee is 50p. You may have to pay extra to go to the second floor.
The third stop is Sirao Garden, the famous Buddha's Hand Garden. It is a good place to take photos. The garden is very beautiful. I went there around 4pm. There were not many people queuing. I could take as many photos as I wanted. It is also on the mountain. The road is not easy to ride. There are too many construction sections. The entrance fee is 130p and the parking fee is 50p. There is also a paid photo service.
The fourth stop is 10000 Roses Cafe & More. It was a sudden idea, but I didn't expect it to be so far from the garden. It took about 2 hours to ride a motorcycle. Although I doubted whether there were 10,000 fake roses, the scenery was beautiful. It is about half an hour away from Mactan Airport. If you want to relax, you can go there in the evening to enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset. The chicken soup in the restaurant next to the entrance is delicious.
Summary The whole Journey took about eight hours. Many attractions in Cebu require admission and parking fees. They will stamp your hands at each place. Along the way, I found that Cebu is really a place with a strong sense of separation.
