A friend brought us here the first time, and we brought friends here the second time. This is a Peruvian restaurant that everyone is very satisfied with.
We have never been to Peru, so we don’t know if it is authentic, but every time we order randomly, almost every dish is a surprise! In summary, it is a unique experience that inexplicably touches the Chinese stomach with the crazy collision of various mysterious sauces.
Picture 2 must order octopus legs. It doesn’t seem to be on the menu, but if you tell the waiter, it will be available! First of all, the ingredients are very good. Not only are they big, but they also have a glutinous texture. The sauce is flavorful without stealing the taste of the ingredients themselves.
Picture 3 The first line of the Christmas red menu! Cold seafood with chips? It’s perfect for the stuffy Singapore. You can’t stop eating it.
Picture 4 Seafood risotto? The taste is relatively rich, and it seems that there is a cumin flavor. It is recommended to order for more than three people. It tastes very good at first, but it tastes a bit salty when eaten as a staple food.
Picture 5 Coconut-flavored dessert. It is said that the highest evaluation of Chinese desserts is "not sweet", so you can order this one with your eyes closed! I'm at a loss for words, but even though I don't like sweets, I still find it delicious.
Figure 6 Sour fish cubes? The taste is similar to Figure 3, you can choose one.
The above are the ones I think are worth trying. The ones below are also delicious but not that special. The service in the restaurant is pretty good, and the environment is good, but it's not that convenient to get to by public transportation. It's about S$70 per person, so remember to book your room.
