First of all, I don't recommend a one-day tour in Tokyo, because you will really break your legs. Second, don't do a round Trip from Kyoto to Tokyo like I did, it's too tiring.

Sensoji Temple: If you take the Shinkansen from Kyoto to Tokyo like me, get off at Tokyo Station, take the Ginza Subway Line, get on at Kyobashi Station, take 9 stations to Asakusa Station, and get off at Exit 3 to see the big thunder lantern. After visiting Sensoji Temple, you can go to the nearby Asakusa Gyuko for dinner, which is delicious and recommended. Just line up at the door and you won't have to wait for long.

Skytree: I call it the Tokyo Canton Tower. The Skytree is very close to Sensoji Temple and can be reached on foot. You can also see it when you eat at Asakusa Gyuko.

Akihabara: It is highly recommended for fans of the second dimension, and there are many maids on the street.

Ginza: After all, it is as famous as the Champs Elysees and Fifth Avenue, a paradise for shoppers.

Tokyo Tower: It gets dark early in Japan, so if you want to take pictures of the Tokyo Tower during the day, you should go there before 4 or 5 o'clock. You can navigate to the Kaledo Tower for the camera position. After taking photos, it's about dinner time. You can go to AFURI to eat ramen. The yuzu vinegar soup base is delicious and recommended.

Shibuya: Google map navigation to ebisu garden place. There are many elevators after entering the lobby. Ignore them. There is a sign indicating the elevator to the 38th floor. Take that elevator to the 38th floor and you can overlook the night view of Tokyo for free.
