When it comes to Manila, most guys are probably a little off. The place is too crowded, too busy, and just plain bad in a lot of ways. There are four red-light districts, which is unmatched by most cities. There are also nicer areas, like Makati, which is the business district of the city. This is also where all the best clubs are located - especially XYLO at The Palace. There are also a lot of rooftop bars overlooking the city for those who want a classier, more laid-back vibe.

Angeles

Angles is the epicenter of male sex in the Philippines. It's a sex-friendly city, and it's basically prepared for it. You can basically show up wherever you want, get a room near (or right on) Walking Street, and hang out on the street every night, going to and from bars and such. Walking Street is where most of the girls hang out, and you can certainly have a great time at these establishments. You should check out Mega Dance Center at least once, though, which is widely considered to be the best nightclub in the country. It's cheap, packed, and full of girls who want to have a good time.

Subic

Just an hour southwest of Angeles is Subic Bay, a more beach-oriented town with a more laid-back lifestyle. I think it's by far one of the most underrated areas in the country. It's not as Tourist- or business-oriented, which I love. While laid-back, Subic still has a lot of nightlife, though not like Angeles or Manila. Barrio Barretto is where most of the venues are, including sports bars, sTrip clubs, and more. You can also find some big nightclubs in Olongapo (the main city in the area), such as Nocturnal Disco and Club V. Nocturnal Disco is a basic club with a lot of freelancers, while Club V is more group-oriented. Both nightclubs are worth visiting at least once.

This question is subjective in a lot of ways; it really depends on what you're looking for. If you like the more secluded, bustling vibe of a metropolitan city, Manila is what you want. It's also the best city of the three for online dating. Angeles is more approachable and more suitable for men who Travel there for sex, while Subic is laid back, has a beach vibe, and the girls aren't as sexy.

Girls and Sex

The prices in Subic are the lowest around, and the overall quality is not compromised. It has pretty young Filipino girls, cheap drinks, beautiful beaches, and some good clubs and bars, and prices are much cheaper than in Manila and slightly lower than in Angeles. Now you understand why I recommend Subic.
