Those who have been to Malaysia have eaten at Mama's Kopitiam. It used to be in the alley near RCBC in Makati. Now Glorietta has also opened one, right in the food city outside SM. You can check it out. The chicken sauce is highly recommended. It is very good to mix noodles with this sauce. The noodles of Tom Yum Goong are thin sTrips, like Fujian noodles. I don't like it very much, but the taste is really authentic banana cakes, not like Indian flying cakes, soft texture, and very good with condensed milk.
The price of this store is similar to that of takeout. Two people ordered four servings for only 1,200 pesos. Looking around, people around ordered toast, the same as Ya Kun's. I will try it next time I have the opportunity. Bak Kut Teh is also a signature. I haven't eaten it in Malaysia, so I don't know how it tastes.
