I must eat Quanjude roast duck, which has been famous since childhood. This is Beijing's business card. You must eat when you come to Beijing. This is not as bad as the Internet says. We had dinner at Quanjude (Qinghuayuan branch). We came at 4:30 just to avoid queuing. Things are really going smoothly. The roasted duck skin is very crispy. I don't recommend ordering too many. The price is quite reasonable. $17 per half set, $30 per full set. The food in this restaurant is divided into large and small portions, so it is easy to control ordering when there are few people. Per capita: about $30.
