Only represents personal taste ranking! Roast duck is divided into hanging oven roasted duck and braised roasted duck. Today's ranking is basically hanging roasted duck. This is the top four dish I have been eating every day for roast duck in Beijing recently! As for the most popular one, I think its promotional activities are too exaggerated and the products are unstable. To be frank, this is not my taste. I heard that Bi Lianfang is very good. Unfortunately, I didn't try. I will try again next time!
Ranking: Wangfu Haitang>Sheng Yongxing>Sijiminfu>Shijiu. There are countless Four Seasons Minfu branches in Beijing. I heard that the quality of each store is different. Anyway, the roast duck in this restaurant is pretty good. The queue is really long, and there are more people on weekends. Fortunately, I got the ticket in advance and spent one or two hours shopping at the front door and the big fence. Because the waiting time was too long, I went to eat fried noodles first. While waiting in line, I ordered a few dishes to try. Roast duck is delicious! The meat is a bit fat, and the skin is delicious! My favorite is duck meat puff pastry. I ate six by myself. Red date paste is very thick. I originally ordered soup, but the serving was too slow, so I cancelled it. Fried yellow croaker is crispy, sour, and sweet. Caviar roasted duck is also good. There's nothing to be picky about this price. Regular roasted duck costs $55; Caviar roast duck costs 95 dollars.
