Hokkaido has entered the best Tourist season. No matter what, you should stay a winter to go to Hokkaido. Even if you don’t go skiing in your itinerary, you must try the special delicacies there. These 5 restaurants are my favorites since I stayed there for a week. If you go there, you really shouldn’t miss the restaurant that you still miss after eating!

·Kanako no Hanasaki  Location: 2-1-1 Minami 5jo-nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo 5F, Misatsumuraoka Building, you must eat crabs when you come to Hokkaido. There are famous Japanese king crabs, Matsuba crabs, and hairy crabs here. This restaurant is worthy of Michelin 1. The ingredients are very fresh, and they are made from the same ingredients. The same part, but through different roasting methods, you can fully enjoy the changing taste and sweetness.

*天ぷらあら木 Location: 4-chome Minami 7jo-nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo Yanjudo 1F is a restaurant with Michelin 2. It has a completely omakase menu-less menu. The chef selects seasonal and fresh ingredients to create the dishes of the day. You can enjoy the surprise brought by the unknown. Their scallops and mantis shrimps and Shakotan Peninsula crabs , wild shellfish, etc. are all very distinctive dishes.

*Sushi Miyagawa すしLocation: 1F Maruyama, 25-2-2 Kita 4 Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. It is the leading Edomae sushi restaurant in Sapporo. It won three Michelin stars three years after it opened. The relics are small and the particles are clear, perfectly displaying the taste of seafood. The taste, especially the middle part of the tuna, is rich in oil and very fragrant.

*Hanakoji Sawada Location: 7-4, Minami 7jo Nishi 4-chome Plaza, Chuo-ku, Sapporo The 3F of Asai Building is a Michelin three-star kaiseki restaurant. Although it is in an old residential building, the interior decoration of the store has the style of a kaiseki restaurant. All their ingredients are fresh ingredients from Hokkaido, and you can taste a variety of seasonal flavors. Use the simplest way to cook The original taste of the ingredients perfectly presents the gourmet food.

*Moliere Location: 2-1-1 Jinguyama, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. It is a Michelin three-star [French restaurant] with the first dimension in Hokkaido. Whether it is the selection of ingredients or cooking techniques, it is perfectly integrated. French food and Japanese culture.
