If I had to choose a cup of coffee that represents winter, it would definitely be this flannel hand brew I drank in Furano. Last year during New Year’s Eve, I booked the New Furano Prince Hotel in Hokkaido and walked from the hotel to the Fairy Terrace. Hidden in the snow forest, Forest Time will give everyone a hand-cranked bean grinder to grind the beans themselves.


Watch the snow in Hokkaido, drink a cup of coffee ground by yourself, and sit in front of the board with people from different countries to say Happy New Year to each other. Winter is healed.
