Bai Hotel in Cebu is conveniently located. It takes more than 20 minutes to get there by taxi from the airport. The hotel looks very grand from the outside, but this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that needs security check. The check is quite strict. The check-in and check-out procedures are faster than expected. I booked a twin room, which is no problem for two adults and two children. The interior decoration of the room is average and simple, about three and a half to four stars. It is very simple. There is a damp smell in the corridor, but this is the case for seaside hotels. The best thing about this hotel is that the breakfast is very rich and there are many kinds. The freshly cooked noodles are delicious. There is also Taiwanese braised pork rice, which tastes great. It is rare to have freshly squeezed juice. In addition, there are some special Korean dishes and special foods from Southeast Asian countries. There are also mini hamburgers for children.
Another recommendation is the view of the hotel swimming pool. It is good to look at the night view of Cebu from above at night. The swimming pool and the bar are together. If you swim, you may feel surrounded, so you don’t see anyone swimming at night. There are two swimming pools, one large and one small. The swimming pool is very beautiful, but it may be better to swim during the day.
We arrived late, so we had dinner at the hotel. We chose a steakhouse on the first floor. I think the price is very expensive in the Philippines. The cheapest steak is 1800+. We ordered two, and the meal cost more than 4000. The taste was okay, but you must avoid the chocolate balls in the pit picture. They were too sweet, so sweet that you couldn't eat them. After eating, you had to drink a bottle of water. In addition, there is no free water here, and you have to pay for it separately. It is recommended to go out to eat. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel. There are actually quite a few restaurants. There is no need to eat here. Moreover, it is too slow. The children are crying with hunger. There are four tables of guests in total, and it takes more than an hour to eat.
