A nanny-level travel guide to Palawan, Philippines, Coron is world-famous diving destination

There are three airports in Palawan, Busuanga, El Nido, and Puerto Princesa. Puerto Princesa is the provincial capital and there is nothing to do. It is very far to El Nido and Coron. There are fewer flights to El Nido. If you want to go to Coron, fly to Busuanga. Coron can only be transferred from Manila or Cebu. Remember to avoid Philippine Airlines, which is very bad.

📌What to do: Coron is a world-famous diving resort with shipwrecks, corals, and dugongs. I have shared notes on the a and b lines. If you are interested, you can check them out.

1⃣️A line: classic island hopping line, Coron must go, hot and cold lakes + twin lakes + mirror lakes as well as coral gardens and beaches, covering all the characteristics of Coron (pictures 8-10)
2⃣️B line: shipwreck diving line, snorkeling can see World War II shipwrecks, deep diving is also recommended, focus on Pasque Island (pictures 1-2)
3⃣️C line: mainly Banana Island and other three trailing white sand beaches, suitable for leisure
4⃣️D line: Go to Black Island and Wildlife Sanctuary, get close to cows, the Journey is long
5⃣️Dugong: Get close to wild "mermaids", you can choose free diving or deep diving, but it takes 6 hours to go back and forth
6⃣️Half-day Tour: The above are all one-day tours, If you only have half a day, you can also consider the following:
📍Natural hot springs by the sea: 30 minutes from the town, find a 600p tutu car to take you back and forth
📍Blue Tears: Not every day, leave at 6pm
📍Cross Hill: Climb up in the evening to see the panoramic view

📌Where to stay:
1⃣️It is recommended to stay in the town, spending 200-400 RMB, it is more convenient to island hop every day. The gateway hotel we stayed this time is right next to the pier and can depart last every day.
2⃣️There are two hotels on one island: Sunlight and Club Paradise, which are around RMB 1,500 and suitable for pure vacation without island hopping.
📌What to eat:
1⃣️Korean barbecue: miso is delicious but expensive, RMB 150 per person
2⃣️Barbecue: Karl’s BBQ is recommended, the roast suckling pig is really delicious, RMB 60 per person
📌tips:
1⃣️Coron Airport is about 40 minutes away from the town, remember to book a car with the hotel in advance for the return Trip
2⃣️There are very few people in Coron, most of them are European and American backpackers, and communication can only be done in English
3⃣️Coron is particularly sunny, so you must do a good job of sun protection and after-sun repair. I was very careful after getting natural black silk in Semporna (Picture 3). This time I brought @ChuChu Baby's after-sun soothing lotion, and there was no embarrassing black silk. But the big fool didn't apply sunscreen and got red again. After using it on him, it also relieved a lot (Picture 7). I recommend this as after-sun repair (Picture 6)
