It's not that hard to make a reservation at Anan Saigon. I got a seat for dinner in the morning. You can sit at the bar. If you don't mind the heat, you can sit on the terrace. The food is great, especially the specials foie gras spring rolls, which is a fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine. It's so delicious. The first A5 wagyu beef is also worth ordering. The price is not expensive, 200w VND per person is enough.
