Grilled chicken and rice at Mang Inasa restaurant in the Philippines, topped with lime

Passing by Mang Inasa, there were not many people in the morning, so I went there to drink sour soup again, and learned from the locals to experience eating with my hands (there are sinks here, so you can wash your hands before and after eating). Their roast chicken is delicious, and they sell a lot every day. Every portion tastes the same. The locals are very keen on eating roast chicken rice, which is drizzled with chicken fat and lime juice. It is so delicious. I bought 200 at 11 am. There are many restaurants and takeouts. It is affordable and delicious Filipino food.
