Before I went to Vietnam, I was also wondering why so many people recommended Da Nang. After I went there, I felt that Da Nang was the most fun. Da Nang is fun because it is a relatively clean and orderly city with a developed Tourism industry. The two major tourist destinations in Da Nang, Hoi An and Bana Hills, are must-go places with local characteristics.

Day1 route: My Khe Beach → Da Nang Cathedral → Dragon Bridge → Hoi An Ancient Town (dustpan boat + ancient town)

Hoi An Ancient Town is a must-experience when visiting Da Nang. It is more beautiful at night and you can spend half a day there. The seaside city of Da Nang mainly has these two major attractions-Hoi An & Bana Mountain. Other pink churches, dragon bridges, etc. can be slowly experienced in citywalk.
