Hua Hin's water is not very good, but the holiday atmosphere is well-controlled. I came here with my luggage two hours before leaving Hua Hin. The drinks were average, I ordered coffee and pasta, and I don't recommend them. If you want to take pictures, you can order the blue and red drinks in the store, which are very cost-effective.
