Ngon Restaurant, District 1, restaurant you must visit every time you travel to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

This is a must-visit restaurant. It is always full at noon or in the evening. There are Chinese, English and French speakers. The waiters don't know English, but they can take orders by gesturing. I recommend seafood, spring rolls, rice noodles and fish. The fish is served with spring roll wrappers and rice noodles. The bill is 1.68 million Vietnamese dong. I feel like I'm not good at math when I spend over a million for a meal.
