On the second night in Jeju Island, I found a hotel near the sea and with easy parking - Tamna Stay. The hotel is in the first row of sea views, and you can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the room. The hotel staff is friendly and the price is not expensive. It is a hotel very suitable for a leisurely vacation.

Transportation location
Jeju Tamna Hotel is located in Aewol-eup, about 20 minutes drive from Jeju International Airport, about 10 kilometers from the famous Aewol Cafe Street, and within 20 minutes drive from many attractions. The location is quite good.
The hotel parking space is easy to park, which is very friendly for me as it is my first time driving in Jeju Island.
There is a GS25 convenience store on the first floor, which is very convenient for buying drinks and snacks.
Next to the lobby is a store selling souvenirs and gifts, and there is also an entrance leading to the GS25 convenience store.
There is a gym and billiard table on the second floor of the hotel. There is also a small pool on the top floor.
Due to the terrain, the hotel lobby is on the third floor. After taking the elevator to the first floor, there is another exit near the sea, from which you can go to the swimming pool.
The pool is only open in the summer, and when we visited in March, we saw an empty pool.
Here’s a picture from the official website so you can see what the swimming pool looks like with water.
Walk 2-3 minutes from the door on the sea side and you will reach the famous sea view cafe "Rejuvenation Cafe" (회춘 애월점).
Our room is on the sixth floor. The elevator has large floor-to-ceiling windows and the view is even better than the room. The room has the same sea view.
The room is spacious and you can easily open and lay two large boxes flat, but there are not many sockets. If you have a lot of 3C products to charge, it is recommended to bring a multi-port charger or an extension cord.
Slippers are not disposable. Some people may not get used to it, but I always wear the slippers I bring with me, which is more environmentally friendly and safer.
The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and has almost all the amenities, except for toothbrushes and toothpaste (most Korean hotels do not have toothbrushes and toothpaste).
Here’s a photo from the official website. It’s actually almost the same as the room we stayed in (with different chairs), but the color of the photo on the official website must have been adjusted to make it look more beautiful. We stayed here on weekdays and there were not many guests dining there.
The window table has yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, several kinds of bread, as well as coffee and tea.
Although the breakfast was not as rich as the buffet in the big hotel, the restaurant was sunny and not crowded, so it felt very comfortable. The food tasted good. After eating, I was ready to check out and go to Aewol Cafe.
Tamna Stay in Jeju is located on the coast of Aewol. The area is quite quiet. If you don't want to drive out to eat at night, there are several Korean barbecue restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. If you want to eat Japanese food, seafood or pork soup rice, there are also restaurants. If you are Traveling to Jeju Island by car and want to stay in a hotel with a sea view, I recommend Tamny Stay. |
