Sang Bali Retreat, Ubud Spa Massage Center, all the muscles in the body are relaxed

When Traveling to Bali, Indonesia, whether you are tired from walking or playing, the body massage here is one of the must-try items. Ubud's spa is roughly divided into three types according to grade.

2️⃣ The affordable and people-friendly type on the streets in the city, 100-150k/hour or even lower
❤️ Advantages: The price is very touching
🖤 Disadvantages: Poor privacy, there are about a row of massage chairs and massage beds, which can be seen by Tourists outside, a bit like the display of a foot massage shop, and the motorcycles on the street are very noisy. Suitable for friends who want to relax their feet and legs after a day of special forces. I saw many foreigners who like to do yoga or outdoor massage here.

3️⃣ There are private single rooms in the city, with a slightly better environment. The price is about 300k/hour.

🖤 Disadvantages: Because most people choose this, the walkin in the peak season may fail, and reservations are required in advance, and the environment is not as good as 1️⃣.

We chose 3️⃣, called sang bali retreat, which is just 200m away from our hotel near the monkey forest. We chose the 120min package, 90 minutes of full body massage + 15 minutes of full body mud mask + 15 minutes of petal bath, about 600k plus tax. We made a walkin reservation for the massage the next day one day in advance. As soon as we entered, the front desk brought us raspberry juice and fruit. The sun in Ubud was too hot in the afternoon, and this service really touched me! Then we introduced the package and price to us, and we felt that it was within the budget and booked it directly.

The next day, we went for a massage. The front desk first gave us a list to investigate our preferred strength, the parts that cannot be massaged, and other information, and took us to choose the essential oils we like, which have three flavors: jasmine, tea tree, and frangipani. After choosing, we started the massage. Because I am not very strenuous, the massage in Bali is quite suitable for me. I feel that all the muscles in my body are relaxed. I can't share too much about the spa process because I was half asleep and half awake during the whole Journey. Hahaha, after the massage, we slept for the first time on the return flight to the destination. I feel that I have found a trick to survive a long flight.

In general, there is a difference between Bali massage and Chinese medicine massage. Bali massage focuses more on relaxing the muscles of the whole body and eliminating fatigue. Chinese medicine massage combines acupoints and massage methods to eliminate some local diseases such as cervical vertebrae and lumbar vertebrae, which is more useful and more painful.
