Busan Michelin restaurant Beef Kung Gan, every dish is made with fine dining Korean cooking techniques

What I am most looking forward to during this Trip to Busan is finding a Korean fine dining restaurant. After careful selection, we finally found Niu Gong Gan, which uses high-quality Korean beef as its theme and carefully selects local ingredients from Busan. It is a secluded little paradise located in the busy area of ​​Haeundae. The four of us girls can book a private room (the only private room) without paying extra. The dining environment is simple and elegant, and every dish is prepared with fine dining techniques. Presenting the essence of Korean creative cuisine. Each dish is exquisite and delicious.

Favorite dishes:

⭐️Korean Beef Tenderloin
A very thick piece of the highest grade Korean beef 1++ (equivalent to A5 Wagyu), fried to perfection, keeping the juicy, tender and sweet texture inside. A simple dish of grilled steak is quite complicated 🙌🏻.

⭐️Korean beef bone soup + Stone pot rice
The most amazing thing today is a seemingly ordinary bowl of rice and a few side dishes. A bowl of white noodle soup 😂, but the result was a big surprise! The soup is made from beef bones that have been boiled for 48 hours to concentrate all the essence. The beef in the soup is boiled until it is super soft and tender and melts in your mouth. With a mouthful of rich and non-greasy soup, it is super satisfying. Next, take a piece of seaweed, place a mouthful of rice, and add some special side dishes. Oh my god, it subverts my imagination. The rich layers of side dishes, rich seasoning and crisp taste really present the essence of Korean local cuisine perfectly and exquisitely.

⭐️Dutch Coffee + Churros
The chef specially introduced Dutch coffee, which is coffee beans roasted by themselves. Aromas of nuts and chocolate. At first, I thought it was just a normal coffee with a nutty aroma. You are totally wrong, the flavor is really too special. It seems that the main theme is chocolate/nuts and the coffee is the background. You really have to try it yourself. They also sell 250ml concentrate for 9500won. I bought a bottle without hesitation and took it back to Taiwan to share with my family☺️. Overall the taste/quality/dining environment is worth the price. I think it is very worthwhile 🙌🏻 recommended.
